B2B/Digital outreach

As we don’t believe in B2B panels, one of the services we rolled out this year is Digital Outreach to B2B respondents via email and social media. This approach mitigates questions around respondent origins and serves as a valuable addition to other data collection channels (phone/face-to-face). Experience has shown that, although this method can quickly and efficiently add responses, a mixed-mode approach (digital outreach combined with CATI interviews, for example) is often needed to achieve robust results.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PROGRAMS GAINING TRACTION

Late last year, we onboarded a large customer who transferred the telephonic data collection for 17+ global customer satisfaction programs to GDCC. With the first full year now under our belt, this brings the total of customer satisfaction programs we handle to over 28 continuous programs. Suffice it to say, GDCC is an excellent partner for your data collection needs!

UPDATE ON QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), which we traditionally conducted over the phone, are evolving into video interviews at scale. Not only can we recruit and schedule a large volume of IDIs, but we are also well-equipped to conduct the interviews and deliver recordings and/or transcripts. So far, we have covered the USA, BeNeLux, Germany, UK/Ireland, and France with this method, and we plan to roll out to further markets in 2025!

GDCC USA PROVES SCALABILITY IN ELECTION YEAR

GDCC USA successfully employed approximately 800 interviewers to support the heavy 2024 polling season. We offered our clients same-day programming, data delivery, text deployment, last-minute program changes, and daily progress updates. We met all delivery deadlines, completing around 30,000 hours and 22,000 CATI/SMS surveys.

PUBLIC WORK

Below is a small selection of publicized projects we have worked on, covering a wide range of topics for various EU institutions. We are often a subcontractor in these projects but can also participate as a consortium partner. In recent projects, we interviewed over 40,000 finance managers for an EC project, and conducted a significant number of policy evaluation studies for MR and consultancy clients in Europe. Topics ranged from the role of women in the EU energy transition to mobility patterns in Europe (interviewing well over 100k consumers and 1,400 logistics companies).

GDCC is proud to remain ISO 27001 and 20252 accredited globally, underscoring our commitment to data security and quality for all our clients. In addition, we are TCPA and GDPR compliant, offering centralized quality control, and real-time monitoring of projects. With over 25 years of experience in data collection (core business telephonic and mixed-mode data collection), GDCC offers services in up to 30 languages in-house daily and a total of 40+ languages per year. We operate in 7 global locations, conducting over 350,000 interviews per year across 300+ projects while maintaining our quality certifications, including ISO 20252 and 27001.
